From natural living, minimalism, veganism to ethical living (which was a first for me). No matter what name they call the lifestyle or movement there are components it must have to qualify as a healthy lifestyle. So I’ll begin by first defining what healthy living means. What is healthy living? Let’s start off with the definition of health given by the World Health Organization (WHO). It says: Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not just the absence of disease.  Do you meet the requirements for a clean bill of health? Choosing a healthy lifestyle to follow can be exciting and terrifying all at once. On the one hand, you cannot wait to dive in, yet your stomach flutters with nerves. Hold your horses, girl!
